Alan Checkett has worked within the industry for 43 years.   After gaining experience and training with Rentokil he formed his own company based in the Midlands in 1969, and opened further branches in the middle and late 1970’s.
He has been actively involved in promoting the Association as Midland Area Chairman, and also serving on several Committees and Council of the BWPDA and PCA.

Alan was also Chairman of the Remedial Installers Committee for 10 years.  During this period the Association moved from London to Derby, and also saw through a smooth transition from a charity organisation to a trade association.
He has and will always try to preserve the interests of the smaller companies in the Association.
