Paul Hamilton’s experience in the remedial industry started approximately thirty years ago, as a remedial technician at the age of twenty. After a period of time he became a surveyor within the same company.
In 1992 along with his wife he started a remedial treatment company. This company is successfully operating though-out the Midlands. In 1996 he obtained his CSRT qualification.
He started as a freelance surveyor within the industry in 2001. Handing over responsibility to his wife for the running of the remedial treatment company they had started together.
In January 2007 he became the first freelance surveyor member of the P.C.A.
Paul specializes in dampness, timber infestation and fungal decay within all types of properties, from the small mid terrace to the large stately home.
As a freelance surveyor he works for a number of P.C.A. member companies as well as specifiers, property developers and the general public.
