Stephen Hodgson, General Manager, was appointed in May 2007 and brings technical experience to the team. PCA’s library of technical papers was overhauled in 2008 and significant input was given to the BS8102 working party which will deliver the revised standard in 2009. New training courses were added to the 2008 calendar enabling PCA to reach more people and raise standards. Improving PCA’s complaints process and representing PCA at the highest level with a Board appointment at TrustMark, PCA’s interface with the consumer has been significantly enhanced.
