Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW) Exam

The CSSW is a nationally recognised professional qualification for individuals involved in diagnosing problems with water entering structures below ground level and for those who recommend design solutions.

To achieve the qualification, candidates are required to pass both the CSSW exam and the Legal and Health & Safety exam, unless they have already passed the CSRT Legal & Health & Safety exam, in which case they are exempt from doing so again.

 

09.30 – 12.00 - Written Paper

12.30 – onwards - Oral Examination (Viva Voce)

2 hour written paper (see Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatment (CSRT) Exams)

The exam can be adapted to accommodate candidates with learning difficulties, such as dyslexia, providing advance notification is given and the candidate has undergone a professional assessment.
