Criteria for Membership

• Strict criteria for membership include: customer service, health, safety and environmental protection
• All surveys and remedial work undertaken in accordance with the PCA Codes of Practice
• TrustMark approved membership standards

Trained and Qualified Staff

• All members qualified to an approved level in the area in which they work.
• Surveyors must hold, or work under a holder, of either the Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatment (CSRT) or the Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW) qualification.

Members

• The PCA offers a mediation service, with access to independent arbitration and conciliation provided by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
