Property Care Association at The Homebuilding and Renovation Show

From watertight basement conversions, through to advice on damp in buildings, The Property Care Association (PCA) is on hand at the Homebuilding and Renovating Show 2008 to offer delegates expert advice on a broad range of subjects in building preservation.

Representatives from the PCA will join other experts from a variety of leading industry associations to offer independent advice and solutions at the London event.

Taking place at ExCel, between 19 and 21 September, the PCA will be located in the Information Zone at the show.

The PCA - incorporating the British Wood Preserving and Damp-proofing Association (BWPDA) – represents the UK’s damp-proofing, timber preservation, structural maintenance and structural waterproofing sectors, as well as flood remediation.

It brings together training, high levels of technical expertise and professional surveyor, manufacturer and contractor members - who are all carefully vetted before being awarded membership and are subject to regular rigorous audits of their work once admitted to the trade body.
