Property Care Association members are receiving a valuable boost from the organisation’s status as a member of the Government’s TrustMark scheme.
Details of PCA member companies were viewed 2,805 times in January by people and companies searching for a reliable tradesperson via the TrustMark website.
Yasmin Chopin, executive director of the PCA, said: “This is the first month that statistics have been available from TrustMark.
“The fact that so many people are looking on the site for a reliable contractor is very encouraging and should act as a great boost to members in the current difficult trading climate.”
An influential member of the Government’s TrustMark scheme - which aims to help consumers find reliable and trustworthy tradesmen when making improvements or repairs to their homes - the PCA represents the UK’s structural waterproofing, wood preservation, damp-proofing, flood remediation and structural repair sectors.
