Commitment to Training

Over the past decade, the Property Care Association (PCA) has become recognised as the principal provider of high quality independent training and certification to the property preservation industry.

Our training is delivered by respected industry professionals who, in 2007 alone, delivered in excess of 42 training days to over 200 individual students - 78 of whom achieved a professional qualification.  Students undertaking these courses and examinations include members of the Property Care Association, specialist contractors, property managers, building surveyors, local authorities, building contractors, housing associations, and other building professionals.

The courses currently provided by the PCA include –

• Structural Waterproofing

• Timber Resin Repair
• Cavity Wall Training
• Examination Preparation for Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing
• Examination Preparation for Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatment 

This list is not exhaustive and we are always looking to provide new, relevant courses that are beneficial to the remedial treatment and preservation industry.

{Our Condensation and Dampness training is a one day course and is highly recommended for all building professionals, local authorities, property managers, environmental health officers and those who manage, sell or even own property.}

Currently, the training courses are held in a central location just off the M1 (J15) near Northampton, however we are also able to deliver training sessions designed specifically to suit individual requirements at very competitive rates. These bespoke training events can be delivered at the clients preferred location anywhere in the UK or beyond.
