Examination Preparation for CSRT

The Surveyor Foundation Course provides a comprehensive 3-day training course in Health & Safety - regulation & legal aspects, Timber - Biology, decay & insects and Dampness - diagnosis & remedial treatment.

Many candidates intending to sit the 3 CSRT examinations however, especially those who have not sat exams under exam conditions for some time, generally require extra help. These preparation days prepare candidates for the exams by participating in 'mock' exams using past papers and utilizing the knowledge gained from the Surveyor Course.

The prep course runs after the Surveyor Course and approximately 2 weeks before the CSRT exams.

The preparation course runs over 2 days:

Day 1 - Timber module (all day)

Day 2 -  Dampness module (am) 
              Health & Safety/Law Module (pm)
