The importance of education and legislation

We were shocked and saddened to read of the tragic death of 2-year old Awaab Ishak which has been headline news this week. The Property Care Association has and continues to push for greater accountability, legislation and education, which you may have seen covered in the press too.

Damp: it's never user error

Our next video to be released from the recent '2022 Property Care Conference', focuses on the impacts of the Ombudsman report from the Housing Ombudsman Service.

Maintenance Week 2022 starts today

The 'Society for Protection of Ancient Buildings' (SPAB) annual Maintenance Week starts today and we hope many of you will support this campaign.

The PCA will be sharing a host of valuable & helpful information through multiple channels on areas of maintenance such as condensation, ventilation, dampness, flooding and mould...and we encourage all our members to do the same too.

Feel free to share any of our content, but we also encourage you to create/reuse your own to spread and share good knowledge with homeowners on how to keep on top of general property maintenance.
