Condensation & Mould – Hot Topics Today

The issue of condensation is not new. However, it certainly caught the nation’s attention when featured on ITV recently following the dreadful conditions that tenants in a council block in Croydon are living in.

Our article on ‘Homeworking and condensation: Adapting to the ‘new normal’ has been published in PBC Today, which has cast a further spotlight on damp and directs them towards PCA members and the specialist skills they have in helping to tackle these issues.

New Poster: Update to Staying Covid-Secure

The Government’s ‘5 Steps to Safer Working Together’ poster, which was released in May 2020, has been updated slightly and members may wish to replace their current poster with this new version.

This poster demonstrates to anyone visiting/working on your site that you are following the Government guidance to eliminate or reduce risk of Covid-19 as we return to the workplace.
