As part of our support for ‘Apprenticeship Week 2023’, PCA’s Andy Ferguson took the opportunity to meet with our head of apprenticeship training, Neil Marsden.
We often hear much about what the apprentices get out of apprenticeship schemes, but as someone who has helped multiple apprentices over many years, what is Neil's view of apprenticeships? How have generations of apprentices grown and developed and do businesses really see real benefits to apprenticeship schemes?
