2022 Structural Waterproofing Conference Presentations

For the FIRST time ever, the Property Care Association has been able to fully record and share the presentations, knowledge and insights from the '2022 Structural Waterproofing Conference' held in July.

This video resource is a valuable online tool for anyone within/associated with the structural waterproofing sector and is a valuable resource to tap into and share.

BS8102 was a BIG topic for discussion, however, there were plenty of other videos/issues included in the programme and these 9 hours of high quality CPD learning can be watched via our dedicated webpage.

We will be reaching out and promoting this resource to the wider waterproofing community, and across our social media channels too. For all who attended and for anyone working within, associated with or wanting to know more about Structural Waterproofing, we encourage you to watch these videos and to embrace this additional opportunity to learn from experts across the industry...

Welcoming Daniel to the PCA Team

This week, the PCA welcomed Daniel Docking to the team as Technical Manager for Invasive Weeds. Daniel brings a wealth of practical experience and knowledge, gained by working within the invasive weeds sector as a remediation professional. He will work alongside Peter Fitzsimons in the run up to Peter's retirement in March.

For those PCA members that wish to get in touch with Daniel, you can reach him at [email protected]

Updated Technical Document Library

For those that have not been to the PCA website in a while, you may want to take a look at the new Technical Document Library.

The Technical Document Library is another wealth of valuable resources at your fingertips for many surveying, property, building & construction professionals. It has for quite some time, been a pretty uninspiring list of documents, but we hope you agree that, it is now much more aesthetically pleasing and easier to navigate.

To view and download any of the technical documents, simply click on the button below.
