For victims of flooding, effective and fast flood restoration and repairs generally cannot come fast enough.  All too often, repairs for flood affected buildings are undertaken by builders who do not have the specialist knowledge necessary to ensure the right restoration strategy is in place, and without due consideration given to flood protection in the future.

To address this, the PCA have developed our own specialist flood restoration and remediation group, designed to share the very latest in flood restoration research and development. What is flood restoration

It can be difficult to know where to begin when it comes to dealing with a flooded property. Our flood restoration contractors try to take the worry and concern out of the process by providing a complete flood restoration service from initial water extraction and dealing with risks associated with contaminated water, through to repairing mould and water damage that has occurred as a result of the flood.

As part of the process your qualified flood restoration surveyor will:
