The Property Care Association is the leading training provider in the UK for damp & timber preservation, structural waterproofing, remedial treatments, ground gas and invasive weed control.

Open to all (both PCA members and non members), we have a wide range of recognised training courses (both online and classroom based) and qualifications for professionals at all levels of experience and stages of their career with new courses being regularly developed to meet the needs of the industry. All of our training courses and examinations follow current COVID-19 health and safety guidelines. We are committed to keeping you safe.

We also deliver training for Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Wildlife Trusts and other organisations who can benefit from understanding property care issues in greater depth.

Available funding

The majority of the PCA training courses are eligible for CITB funding. To receive this funding, companies will need to be registered with the 'Construction Industry Training Board' (CITB). For more information on this, please contact the PCA training team.

Are there any discounts?

The PCA endeavours to offer cost-effective and value-for-money courses. Members of professional associations including ABI, AIRMIC, AMI, CILA, CIH, CIOB, RIBA, RICS, SPAB and SFHA are eligible for a 10% discount on the cost of PCA training. Please state your entitlement and provide your membership number at the time of booking.
