Programme of events for Invasive Species Week
Ahead of Invasive Species Week next week, 16th – 22nd May 2022, we can share with you that our dedicated ‘Invasive Weed Info Hub’ on the PCA website has been updated.
Across the whole of next week, we are taking the opportunity to raise awareness, promote best practice and consider how to investigate/deal with invasive weed related problems. We encourage our PCA invasive weed members to get involved, to take the opportunity of ‘ramping up’ your CPD and to let us know if you are organising anything next week too.

Hodgson View: The Retrofit Express

It’s a question CEO Steve discusses in his latest ‘Hodgson View’, which you can access via the button below…
Non Native Invasive Weeds – the ‘not so good’, the ‘really bad’ & the ‘ugly ones too’!
For those in the invasive weed sector, we know that there are many non-native invasive plant species, but not all are dealt with in the same way when it comes to our legislature – why is that? It’s a question PCA’s Technical Manager Peter discusses ahead of Invasive Species Week next week.
