Qualifications

• Building Surveying or Construction related qualifications
• Knowledge of building construction, damp and decay, and timber preservation
• Experience in carrying out diagnostic surveys
• Ability to produce clear and accurate reports and specifications
• Good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• CSSW and CSTDB (desirable).
