Sprayed foam - still a dilemma for surveyors & homeowners
A couple of weeks ago, we held a workshop on sprayed polyurethane foam in timber roofs. This was designed to share the knowledge the PCA has gained on sprayed foam with professionals and help with better identification and evaluation, along with recommended appropriate actions when you come across the issue.
We are pleased to say the event went very positively. However, according to CEO Steve Hodgson, sprayed polyurethane foam is still very much a dilemma for surveyors and homeowners. And going by the enquiries the PCA receives on the issue, this very much seems to be the case.
