#IPCC23 - 2 weeks to go!

With just 2 weeks to go until the Property Care Conference, the question remains....will you be joining us?

Our packed speaker programme features some incredible industry experts who will be leading the discussions on current topics. So who else has joined the line-up alongside social housing campaigner Kwajo Tweneboa, property forecaster Kate Faulkner OBE, the Revd. Kevin Fear and civil engineer for flood testing facilities, David Ramsbottom...

Ron Fenwick will cover The Installation Assurance Authority' (IAA) experience as a Guarantee Provider and a Certification Body, regarding underfloor insulation inspections and surveillance, and what can potentially go wrong if not installed correctly. The National HMO Network will discuss if the issue of dampness is more prevalent in private rented properties, and what challenges this presents when addressing dampness in these buildings.

The panellists for our debate 'How do we get ventilation and thermal efficiency working in harmony?' will be released in the next few days, so keep an eye out. To find out more about the featured speakers above, you can click on the button below...
