CSSW Structural Waterproofing Surveyor/Designer

We are seeking a full-time CSSW Structural Waterproofing Surveyor/Designer to join our supportive and friendly team at our head office in Ash Vale, on the Surrey / Hampshire border. 

This is a role for a self-motivated individual who is looking for an opportunity to work in a fast paced and forward-thinking professional setting.  The position is suited to someone who can identify defects in a built structure, can design reliable solutions to prevent future issues and has an ability to think in 3 dimensions.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a growth mindset, who is keen to become part of an experienced team and assist the businesses long term strategy.

Key requirements

• CSSW Surveyor qualification
• A valid UK driving license
• Relevant experience in waterproofing & damp proofing 
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills
• Produce detailed and precise technical sketches / specifications 
• Competent core IT & Microsoft Office skills 
• A reliable understanding of the built environment and experience of build sequence 
• Excellent communicator
• Maintain an eye for detail
• Brilliant time management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team 
• Desire for self-growth and development 
• Enjoy working with people and a good sense of humour
