About the role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Subcontract CSSW Waterproofing Surveyor to assess and provide expert guidance on waterproofing systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, analyzing, and reporting on the waterproofing requirements for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits to evaluate waterproofing needs for new and existing construction projects.
Perform surveys to assess the condition of waterproofing systems and identify potential issues.
Provide expert recommendations on the choice of materials, systems, and solutions for waterproofing.
Prepare detailed reports on survey findings, including cost estimates and project timelines.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and construction teams to ensure the effective implementation of waterproofing solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in waterproofing.

About you

For those who are interested in the role, ideally you have the following:

Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW).
Proven experience in conducting surveys and providing expert advice on waterproofing systems.
Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, methods, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Attention to detail and a strong ability to identify potential issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
