Who the role is ideal for
This ad-hoc position would be ideal for someone who may have retired from the industry, or who is currently working as an Independent Surveyor in any of the sectors we represent and should be able to demonstrate that they have kept up-to-date with current best practice/guidance (ie, the Joint Position Statement written in collaboration with the PCA, RICS and Historic England).
It is an ideal role for someone who may want to continue working in the industry for just a few hours each month, at a time to suit them. To avoid any conflicts of interest, candidates must not be affiliated with any contracting companies.
We are particularly looking for people in the north and/or Scotland to join us but would encourage individuals in any area to get in touch if the above sounds of interest.
