Who the role is ideal for

Ideally the Technical Manager will have experience in one or more of the areas our members operate in. Exceptional candidates from outside these specialisms may be considered.

The Association is keen to promote a culture of personal development and the successful candidate will have the ability to learn and impart knowledge, work as part of a growing close-knit team and will possess excellent communication skills. They should have drive, energy and a desire to demonstrate that they can help make a difference to consumers and members of the Property Care Association.

The Property Care Association is based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire and although being located close to the office would be preferable, it is not essential. Travel and the occasional nights away from home are inevitable given the duties of the role. A full UK diving licence is essential.

This is a full time role and a generous salary and benefits package is offered, dependent on the successful candidate’s existing qualifications and experience.
