Why Choose a PCA Member

We all know how difficult it is to select the right tradesman. This is especially stressful when you do not have any experience with the issues you are trying to fix, or previous knowledge of the company you are looking to contact.

As a trade association, we can take the unknown out of using a new company as we have done all that hard work for you. Our stringent membership process ensures that ALL PCA members continue to adhere to best practice across all of the sectors we represent.

The difference a PCA member makes

Here at the Property Care Association (PCA), we are here to give consumers peace of mind by ensuring your property specialist is well trained and will deliver a high quality service. To our members, the PCA badge is more than just a logo at the bottom of paperwork.

All members of the PCA are audited and checked regularly to ensure they are meeting our expected standards, have the appropriate training to allow them to carry the PCA badge and are up to date with the latest industry developments. We offer a mediation service between consumers and members should a situation arise, and work to achieve an amicable resolution for all.
