As we enter the last few months of the year, we are delighted to share with you that we have released next years' course dates for January-July 2024! Many of our courses are fully booked for the remainder of 2023, so this is your opportunity to book onto next year's courses now!

#IPCC23 - Introducing some of the speakers

With just 4 weeks to go until the International Property Care Conference, what can you expect from this year's event? We introduced The Housing Ombudsman's Alan Park to you last week, who will share the steps they have taken to improve the quality of housing and the impact of events in Rochdale. But who else is on the speaker programme?

Since the housing ombudsman's report questioned the use of the term lifestyle, Deputy CEO James Berry will consider what this means and if the balance has swung too far? UCL's Henry Zhu looks at the research being carried out into the use of water repellent on cavity walls and Alan James from Dantherm Group, discusses structural drying techniques following penetrating damp issues. Poor mental health is widespread within the construction sector and the Revd. Kevin Fear will focus on 'building mental health' in his session before lunch.
